Böcker Cultured Flours

Böcker is a 100 year old family-owned company in Minden Germany that uses modern technology to produce traditional cultured flours or “sourdoughs.”  Lallemand Baking Solutions and Böcker have formed a cooperation, with Böcker distributing Lallemand products in Europe, Lallemand distributing Böcker products in North America, and the two working together to develop new products and markets.

Böcker M is a natural dry wheat & malt sourdough.

Böcker Bio F is an organic dry wheat sourdough.
