the ASB conference in Chicago during the first week of March.

Health, Wellness & Nutrition category; another great accolade for
our product.
Our products were promoted at the table top
exhibition, which was a great opportunity to meet customers and other
industry players. Jan van Eijk also delivered an informative
presentation covering, Future perspectives for preservatives used to
extend mold-free shelf life of bread and other baked goods.
With over 800 attendees and issues relevant to the baking industry, ASB remains a key event for bakers in North America.
